東北大学ユニバーシティ・ハウス三条
Tohoku University House Sanjo
交換前，東北大學寄來的文件中有檢附宿舍的資訊，大致上有三種宿舍(国際交流会館、ユニバーシティ・ハウス三条與アーバンキャステール川内)。但是根據簡章，學生無法選擇住哪，只能由學校指派。實際情形是，有些朋友因為校際或院際間的締結方式不一樣，有人有遇到填寫住宿志願序的情形。
Before exchanging, school has send a introduction of school. And it included housing information. Tohoku University has offer student three kinds of student dormitory but, as I know, it's not choosable. The dormitory I'd been assigned is 'University House Sanjo'.
ユニバーシティ・ハウス三条主要是日本學生與外籍生混住，八個人為一個Unit共用廚房與洗衣間。房型又可以分成A Type與B Type，自己是住B Type（獨立衛浴）。每兩周可以換新床單，公共區域也會有業者定期打掃。基本上設備相當新而且乾淨。
University House Sanjo is mixed with native students and international students. 8 student in a Unit with shared common areas, like dining room, kitchen and laundry room. And the B-type dorm I lived means you can have your very own bathroom :)
Since there will be routine cleaning services in common areas and, overall dorm's facilities
is new, it make a comfort life living there.
大門與Unit的門是電子感應式，個人房間則是電子密碼鎖。
Dormitory use electronic card key to entry front door and unit. For private room they use electric code lock.
廁所與淋浴間乾濕分離。是說廁的空間比淋浴間大讓我覺得應該可以反過來，因為每次洗澡只要動作一大，手肘很容易撞到牆......。每個月可以請求衛生紙與清潔用品一次（Unit的每個人輪流負責這個以及紙類回收的工作）。
Everyone in the unit take turns to replenish toilet paper for others and do the paper recycling.
房間的大小大概兩張單人床再多50公分的寬度（不是很寬啦），不過陽台很大。雖然會有人說陽台大有什麼用，但是我人住在三条裡面最高的北棟的最高樓（10樓），又面向市區，晚上看夜景吹風喝酒非常爽。現在有點後悔為什麼不多喝一點XD
To be honest, the room is not big, but having a big balcony! What's good for that? Well, if you are lucky enough living at the top floor, where happen to located in the tallest building nearby, you can have the great view of night view. The efficiently way using balcony is sit there and enjoy beers with cozy breeze at night.
住三条的一個好處就是網路在住進去的第一天就可以使用，只要接上網路線就好了。如果是住在交流会館還要自行向業者申請，必須要等上一至二周左右。
One of the benefit living in University House Sanjo is that you can immediately used internet at the very first you moved in!
公共區域，宿舍也會附上餐具組，不過都長的一樣，需要隨時收拾好自己的那一份(不然不見最後要被扣押金)。

原本在看簡章的時候我希望能夠住在最便宜国際交流会館，不過最終還是很慶幸自己被分到ユニバーシティ・ハウス三条，雖然租金貴上一倍（基本房租一萬三、水電五到六千、網路費兩千，平均下來一個月兩萬日幣左右），加上退宿時因為女生月事的關係弄髒一個硬幣大小的床墊以及個人嚴重懷疑是過於良好的日照導致變色的地毯需要從押金中扣下的清潔費，讓我有點小難過之外，整體來講有人打掃又新住的相當舒適，所以沒有什麼好抱怨的。
At first I was hoping to assign to cheapest dormitory rather to Sanjo. But after comparing with those who weren't living here and personal experience. Sanjo is a great place to live. And thanks to it's comfortable environment it dose make exchange life easier.
